1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and basa99 ("basa99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the basa99 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including the sportsbook, casino, live dealer games, and promotional offers.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing and using any part of the basa99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

basa99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a visible "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

1.1 Jurisdiction and Eligibility

The basa99 platform is operated for the purposes of online sports betting and casino gaming. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager. basa99 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific country or territory other than in relation to the platform's operating framework.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on basa99, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme applicable to the platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or third party;
• Not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of basa99 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translation (if any is ever produced), the English version shall prevail in all cases.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of basa99 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must first create a registered account. The registration process is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on basa99, you are required to provide the following information truthfully and accurately:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification;
• A valid email address that you own and have sole access to;
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above;
• A secure password of your own choosing, which must not be shared with any third party.

You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate. If any of your details change after registration (for example, your mobile number or email address), you are obligated to update your account profile promptly. basa99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on basa99 at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. basa99 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is confirmed, basa99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonus funds obtained through the duplication, and void any bets placed from duplicate accounts. Genuine funds (original deposits net of any bonuses) may be returned at basa99's discretion following a review.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

basa99 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in line with standard responsible gaming and fraud-prevention practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point — including before your first withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or upon our support team's request:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority;
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents confirming date of birth;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or DBBL account used for deposits or withdrawals.

Until KYC verification is completed, basa99 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. Funds already deposited will remain in your account and may continue to be used for gameplay during this period. basa99 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within two business days of receiving all required documents. Documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital form.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

basa99 provides a range of payment options designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). basa99 does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, although third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on basa99 for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Personal mobile wallets only; merchant or agent accounts are not accepted;
• Nagad — Personal registered accounts only;
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — Personal accounts only;
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet;
• DBBL Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank direct account transfer.

basa99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

3.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction;
• Deposits are credited to your basa99 account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider;
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• basa99 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means. Any such deposit detected will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities;
• basa99 reserves the right to apply a maximum deposit limit on any individual account, particularly where responsible gaming concerns are identified.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability;
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. DBBL bank transfers may take up to one business day;
• All withdrawals are subject to a KYC check. Accounts that have not completed verification may experience delays;
• basa99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for high-value transactions or where suspicious activity is suspected;
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5 (Bonus Policy) for full details.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the basa99 sportsbook, including pre-match, in-play, and outright betting markets across all sports and tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures.

4.1 Bet Placement

• All bets are final once confirmed by basa99's system. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet slip — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming;
• Minimum bet stake is ৳50 unless a different minimum is specified for a particular market;
• Maximum bet stakes and payout limits vary by sport, market, and event. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement;
• basa99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error.

4.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on basa99 are subject to change at any time prior to the start of the relevant event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play odds change continuously and it is the player's responsibility to ensure the displayed odds at the time of placement are acceptable before confirming.

4.3 Void Bets and Settlements

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 72 hours from its original scheduled start time;
• The event is not completed within 72 hours and no official result is declared by the relevant sporting authority;
• The bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently made available due to a technical error;
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a pricing error;
• Official tournament or match rules declare the result invalid for purposes of determining a winner.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account in full. Winning bets are settled within 24 hours of the official result being declared. For cricket matches, settlement is based on the official result declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant national cricket board for domestic competitions including BPL.

4.4 Live (In-Play) Betting

In-play betting markets are available on select cricket, football, and other live events. basa99 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time during an event, particularly around wickets, goals, or significant game-changing moments. Any bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and no stake will be deducted. Bets already confirmed before suspension remain valid.

5 Bonus Policy

basa99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's details page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus funds, not real money, and must be wagered a specified number of times ("rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds;
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is displayed on the Bonus page. Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount plus any winnings generated from the bonus;
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money funds are always used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms;
• basa99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including retroactively if abuse is suspected;
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on basa99 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming): Typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements;
• Live Casino (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): Contribution varies by game type — typically 10%–20%;
• Table Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack RNG): Typically contribute 10%;
• Sportsbook Bets: Contribution and minimum odds requirements are stated per promotion;
• Crash Games (Aviator by Spribe): Contribution rates are stated per promotion.

The exact contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual promotion's terms. These contribution rates are subject to change at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

basa99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses not intended to be available. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, basa99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the account permanently.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the basa99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; using fraudulently obtained funds to deposit;
• Money laundering: Using basa99 as a vehicle to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of crime. basa99 cooperates fully with financial investigations and will freeze accounts where money laundering is suspected;
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any attempt to fix or manipulate the result of a match or competition;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets without human interaction;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access for an underage individual;
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used on the platform;
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward basa99 support staff or other players.

7 Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your basa99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, basa99 will verify your identity and confirm whether any pending withdrawals or active bonus wagering requirements exist. Genuine real-money balances (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

7.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming (Self-Exclusion)

Players who feel they need a firm, lasting boundary from online gambling may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming measure and is distinct from a standard voluntary closure. Upon self-exclusion:

• Your account is permanently closed to all betting, casino, and gaming activity immediately;
• Any eligible real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method;
• basa99 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration using the same personal details for a minimum of five years;
• Marketing communications will be suspended immediately.

7.3 Closure by basa99

basa99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 is confirmed or reasonably suspected;
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age;
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent or cannot be verified;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requires it.

Where an account is closed by basa99 for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basa99 and its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the basa99 platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or circumstances outside basa99's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by you at registration or during KYC;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or DBBL;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if basa99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

basa99 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We endeavour to maintain high uptime and will communicate scheduled maintenance windows in advance where possible. However, unplanned outages may occur, and basa99 shall not be liable for any bets or transactions that could not be placed or completed during a downtime event.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by real-time live dealer results, as applicable. basa99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that produces an incorrect game result will be investigated, and the affected bet will be voided with the original stake returned. Winnings generated from a confirmed technical error are not payable.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Games and live dealer services are provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. basa99 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from these third-party systems, though we will liaise with the relevant provider to resolve any confirmed issues affecting player accounts.

8.4 Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, a bonus was applied in error, or a transaction was processed incorrectly, you must contact basa99 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. All disputes should be submitted to [email protected] with full details including date, time, game or event name, and transaction reference number where applicable. basa99 aims to resolve all disputes within five business days of receipt of all relevant information.
